When you live in a house for a number of years it’s easy not to realise how many things you’re accumulating and how much clutter can build up. Add to that some personal colour choices for decoration and you might find your home a turn off to prospective buyers.
Here are some before and after pictures of a three bedroom house I was asked to stage. The majority of the work consisted of packing personal effects into boxes and giving rooms a more neutral colour scheme.
Once the work was finished the house was put back onto the market and sold for the asking price within a couple of weeks!
