How it works

2. Proposal

You will receive a proposal within 24 hours to fit your requirements including pricing and timeline.

3. Staging

Furniture and accessories are delivered and property is staged in 1 – 2 days.

4. Removal

Pick up and removal is scheduled once an exchange is made.

There is no charge for an initial consultation.

How much does home staging cost?

Home staging can be tailored to suit all homes and budgets big or small and can be anything from a “makeover in a day” to fully furnishing and dressing an empty property. Staging your home will always cost less than the first price reduction you make if your property isn’t selling, so it’s quicker and cheaper to stage first.

Expect to invest between 1%–2% of your asking price to fully stage your home and that way you could see a return on that investment of up to 10%.
