I have to start by saying I was a little cynical when my estate agents first brought up the idea of ‘house staging’. For myself, quite a practical, logic based personality, this initially provoked images of ‘Feng Shui’ type practices and perhaps other spiritual or ‘unproven’ methods of decorating the house.
However from the moment we met Molly I very quickly began to see the potential benefits.

The cost of ‘house staging’ seems incredibly low in relation to the benefits, and especially considering the time that Molly dedicated to us, often working outside of her remit with us (even negotiating with the estate agents themselves at one point!!).
As a result Molly’s service, I can honestly say that we not only sold our house in super quick time, but I also sincerely believe that we achieved a price that was much more achievable because of her presentation, effectively off-setting her fee completely.

She has a good knowledge of design trends and an amazing eye for colours, texture and a combination of traditional and modern styles. She is very generous in bringing more than enough of wonderful furniture, pictures and accessories from her own stock.
My house was staged by Molly. The work was done in a couple of days. It cost me £2000, but it was worth it. The house went on the market at the end of November 2017. It was sold at a full asking price in January 2018.
